




Grupo Palermo
The goal: Grupo Palermo, sports apparel and accessories wholesaler, had a very ambitious growth plan for its operation.
The problem: They lacked inventory visibility by product line, season, and brand and color/size matrix— and that lack of inventory control was a big obstacle to the expansion they believed they could achieve.

Marel

The goal: Yedid is a baby clothing manufacturer and retailer that sells its products to large resellers but also has its own retail outlets. They came to ITS Dynamics because they were struggling to compile accurate, company-wide operations data and receive it on time each month.
