Successes

Grupo Palermo

The goal: Grupo Palermo, sports apparel and accessories wholesaler, had a very ambitious growth plan for its operation.

The problem: They lacked inventory visibility by product line, season, and brand and color/size matrix— and that lack of inventory control was a big obstacle to the expansion they believed they could achieve.

The result: After only three months of using Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV with the Apparel modules, Grupo Palermo was able to open three more distribution centers with the confidence of having total control and visibility into their inventory.  This growth led to an incredible 80% increase in sales.

Marel

The goal: Manufacturer, OEM and wholesaler of women’s intimate apparel, Marel, was in need of a solution that would improve its forecasting capabilities and eliminate duplicate operational information.

They chose ITS Dynamics, and our consultants immediately began work with Marel’s operational team to clearly understand their every aspect of their process.

The result: We suggested to Marel staff that putting Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV with the Apparel modules into action would support and enhance its operational efficiencies. It did. Marel attained a 50% increase in forecasting accuracy, and inventory accuracy improved by a full 20%.

Yedid

The goal: Yedid is a baby clothing manufacturer and retailer that sells its products to large resellers but also has its own retail outlets.  They came to ITS Dynamics because they were struggling to compile accurate, company-wide operations data and receive it on time each month.

The problem: We brought in a team of consultants who surveyed Yedid’s operations from top to bottom and found several different, non-integrated systems.  ITS Dynamics also noticed that Yedid’s store operations were neither automated nor connected to the central system.
