Our consultants begin with a project kickoff and an onsite analysis of your operations. We’ll determine your list of requirements, and work together with you to set goals and create a project plan to achieve them.
Once we’ve reached an agreement on timetable, we’ll begin the implementation phase. We provide training and documentation for your staff, and then begin testing the system and loading initial balances. We’ll perform one final round of testing to prove viability, and then we “Go Live” with your new, integrated enterprise resource management system.
